This is a bar that can expand the shoe seat of the camera body to two. One of the shoe seats is movable by about 5 cm, which gives you more flexibility in mounting accessories. A camera screw hole (1/4-20UNC) is provided on the bottom of the shoe seat so that it can be mounted on a tripod.
