A black metal lens hood made of solid ground aluminum for a standard 50mm lens. The hood has filter thread on the tip to attach a lens cap or filter. The inner matte coating is carefully finished by Japanese craftsmen one by one.

When extended, the angle of view is about 24 degrees, suitable for telephoto lenses of 100mm or more. When folded, the angle of view is about 54 degrees, and it can be used with standard lenses to medium focal length lenses of about 80mm.
